Please note that it can take a few days before your item goes into production, sometimes it is much faster. Shipping time depends on several factors, depending on what type of item, your shipping method of choice, and your location.

Production takes about 8 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts, etc.) and 6 business days for non-apparel products (posters, etc.). During peak production time, this might be longer.

Shipping delivery times (once your item is made), vary depending on shipping method of choice and destination.

Customers are responsible for providing Kanweienea Kreations with the correct shipping address. Please make sure that all the information is correct. There is no refund for wrong address on your part.

Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please read item descriptions thoroughly and choose your size and color carefully before purchasing. No changes can be made once you have placed your order. Please note that colors and values that you see on the screen may vary somewhat from what is on the product. 

Let us know if there is a problem with your order and we'll do our best to make it right. We want you to be happy with your order!

Please contact us before trying to return any products. We do not do refund orders for buyer's remorse. 

Order never arrived:
If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at https://www.gunillawachtel.com/pages/contact-us, making sure you quote your order number. We'll see what can be done.

Damaged items:
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If an order arrives damaged, then please get in touch with photos of the unsatisfactory product and the packing slip within a week's time!
