COVID-19 prevention policy and updates

Our products are made to order. Due to the current situation with COVID-19 our production time is approximately 20-25 business days. Shipping times are also affected. We appreciate your patience during this difficult time. 

 

• Our printer is partnering with several backup facilities to help them manage order volume, and orders are being rerouted to wherever they can be fulfilled most efficiently. There may be shipping delays.
• They are continuing to fulfill as much as they can at their facilities. All branches are practicing extra safety measures.
• We've had to temporarily disable shipping to some countries in the cases where they are no longer accepting mail.
• Our products are made to order and that due to the current situation with COVID-19 our production times are much longer than before. Shipping can also take quite some time. We appreciate your patience during this difficult time.
• For some items, fulfillment times could be as long as 25 business days.
