Studio Friday - Animals Rule
Using a flat brush to sweep some of the graphite dust off. This is one of the ACEO cards that I've been working on this week.
Gotta have some tea sometimes! Fika is a nice tradition. In case you wondered what the kitties eat when I have fika - they do love their cat grass!
"Fika (Swedish pronunciation: [ˈfiːˌka]) is a concept in Swedish culture. It basically means coffee or tea break (or lemonade or whatever). Often you have sandwich or some sort of pastry. Some Swedes love to have cinnamon buns (kanelbullar) with their fika (pronounciation explanation via Wikipedia)."
Little Tuxie in the studio. She is an epic motivator. I mean, come on, look at that cute face! I will sit down at the drafting table and within minutes she comes rocket jumping up in the window or onto her favorite box. You just have to get some more studio work done then.
A page from my sketchbook. Drawing a wolf!
Our beloved Missy. Forever in our hearts. Always with us in spirit. The original studio kitty. We miss her incredibly.
Animals rule. Nuff said. Oh, and iksars too, but that's for another blog post.
