Behind the Scenes - Sketchbook

Another blurry tablet picture. I sighed loudly. Almost as loud as the "huff" sigh Cleo does when she doesn't approve of something.

Until a while ago, I didn't even have access to a tablet at all. Everyone else seems to share pictures from their phones or tablets, so I figured I could try to.

In the Studio

There are a few sketchbooks in my studio. I use some for mainly art study, others more for concept sketches and general doodles.

Here are a few pictures from what I've been working on recently.

Drawing horses is as you probably already know, one of my favorite things to do. I thought I'd share this page from the sketchbook.

Featured Artwork from the Studio

We create our own prints in the studio. These keychains are made of beautiful, clear acrylic and prints are on both sides. The watermark is printed on the image as shown.

Not all the prints are made into keychains. If you have seen a print on the website and it's not available as a keychain, just let us know. If there are enough requests, we will try to add it.

Random Thoughts and Not so Random Thoughts

This week has been pretty tiring. An old foot injury showed up again and I've had to try and take it as easy as possible. Fortunately, hubby was able to take over the walks with Cleo so that she could still get her exercise.

The backyard became mine and Cleo's outdoor studio. I would sit at the table with my drawing books and get some work done. Cleo would enjoy the company and the nice weather. She also loved to ninja bark at people walking by. However, she was mostly well-behaved.

My foot is slowly getting better, but still having to take it easy.

I will try to get another blog post written for Friday.

Have a great day everyone!
