A Return to an Artwork in Progress - Drawing

Here is something I was working on recently.

I say "was", because as it turns out I have to lay out this drawing again and start over if I need to keep working on it. I was sitting outside drawing and I covered up my drawing when I got up for a moment. I got back to my drawing and somehow a bug had gotten on it and then, well, gone splat.

I tried to save the drawing but, no go. I have to start over on it and I don't know if I have the energy for it.
