Cats as Supervisors

Tired as tired can be, frustrated about barely getting any work done and simply put, exhausted, I sat down to work on my blog post for the day. Lately, I try to write one daily if at all possible.

In the Studio

As I got to the end of the one blog post, I sensed someone watching me. It turned out to be the supervising feline ninjas. That, for those that can't guess what that means, are the tuxedo twins Tuxie and Blazey.

After quietly wandering around the studio some, kneading Othello purring so loud the neighbors could probably hear her, Tuxie decided to jump up on her new favorite place. The piano. Or I guess you could say, the studio stuffy Tiger, on the piano. You get the idea.

I don't know how many times they can motivate me when I really am too tired to get any work done. I've ran out of energy or the wanting to bother at all. They know it's good for me to do the artwork so they insist. Consequently, I see them in here and know it makes them happy when I get work done. So I stay. I stay longer. I get more artwork done.

Cats - super awesome supervisors. Tuxie, Tiggy and Blazey approves this message.

Random Thoughts and Not so Random Thoughts

If you're wondering why there is a stuffed toy tiger on the piano, that's because my studio is only so big. Since I had to re-arrange the studio, that's his current spot. When I play the piano I just move him for then.

Painting in progress Gunilla Wachtel

One of the paintings I've created during my creative dabble time as I call it. I try to put time aside each week or so where I draw or paint whatever. Sometimes if I am really not feeling well, there is extra of that time slot.
